We are assured the war is being fought between traditionalists and secular progressives. Nothing was said of the nature of Bill's war and I doubt there is one outside Bill's head. However, Bill assures us the traditionalists will win the war (all that really matters to regressives) because they outnumber the SPs, three to one - majority rules.

Bill says it is all about the kind of America we want. Do we want to be like Holland where drugs and prostitution is legal? God forbid! Who would fill our prisons, politicians and media clowns? Bill is a throwback to the bygone Age of Man - a cultural dinosaur. This would be no problem if it was only him and the other media borne traditionalists. But he is probably right about their numbers. 3/4 of our population are living in the good old days because the idea of change causes incontinence. Let's build a chain of malt shops and install juke boxes and pinball machines. We could make a few bucks before they blow us all to kingdom come with their nuclear family values. Or maybe there is no time to build malt shops.

On the other hand, all this violence is transitional and a global awakening and spiritual revival is taking place. Possibly much more rapidly than appears to be the case. Then we risk having no customers in our shops save Bill, Rush Limbaugh and their fellow entertainer friends. While the majority American regressives gaze at their compost heaps and vow they won't let next Summer's crops die, progressives can be planting flowers in theirs.

Regressives have the '06 and '08 elections in the bag. There are no lesser evils to elect and most voters would not know the difference if there were. The point Bill drives home and should be missed by no one, is every contest is a war. Every regressive is fighting about a half dozen of them and because all is fair in love and war, there are no rules. Since every war they fight was lost about the time they began calling them wars, all the rest of us need do is congratulate them on their victory. They will never know the difference and will explode with pride. Who would want to live in Holland? They haven't had a war in sixty years. Small wonder they need drugs and hookers.
